| Following this year's budget the taxman is relaxing the rules on office parties. Employees will be able to enjoy celebrations paid for by their firm with a maximum limit of £150 per person without having to pay tax on what is considered to be a perk. The previous limit had been £75 which was considered by most party organisers to be unrealistic when the menu, venue hire, themes and entertainment were taken into account. |
