The Daily Mail reports that the Government is looking into access to large areas of the countryside by quad bikes and motorised vehicles. Those behind the consultation claim that large tracts of the countryside are being destroyed. They also point to a four fold increase in quad bike injuries in recent years, including comedian Rick Mayall and more recently 'Prince of Darkness' Ozzy Osbourne who was very nearly killed.
