Christmas Party Chore |

| A survey of nearly 4,000 corporate managers undertaken by the Chartered Management Institute found that many felt that their Christmas parties went on for too long, were forced and boring. One in ten claimed that there was a lack of enthusiasm among staff for a party and one in five described the annual office bash as a 'chore'. The corporate event industry has seen a rise in themed parties and more creative ideas for the annual party as companies seek to make more of the Christmas opportunity. It seems there is a large gap between companies who put no imagination into their events and those that want to use the occasion to increase the morale of their workforce. |
