The more information you give us the more relevant our response will be. If you do not know exact numbers an approximation will help. Location is very important; ideally a town or, if not, a county. If guests are coming from far and wide try to assess a central location.
There is a space on the form for you to give us your event requirements. There is such a huge choice that it can be difficult to pin down exactly what you want. Guidance can include whether you want a sporting event where you can watch sport with catering laid on or whether you want an active event, for example quad bikes, clay shooting and off road driving. Useful guidance includes what have you done before, what people have said they might like to do and whether there are any special needs within the group for example pregnant or disabled guests. If you are not sure respond to these questions and make a list of what you would like to achieve through the event.
